Privacy Policy

MAX LoadX is an Indian digital freight discovery and trip-management platform operated by Harshal Waghmare. It connects truck owners, drivers, fleet operators, transport companies, and load owners. Privacy questions can be submitted through our public Support page.

• Account details such as name or business name, email address, mobile number, city, customer ID, and account type.
• Identity, driver, vehicle, farmer, or business verification details, including document numbers and uploaded KYC files.
• Load and truck listings, vehicle information, routes, dates, capacity, material, and freight-related details.
• Offers, approved contact requests, trips, delivery confirmation, payment status, subscription requests, notifications, and reviews.
• Pickup, delivery, and device-provided GPS coordinates. During an active trip, an assigned truck owner may choose to share live location with the assigned load owner.
• Questions submitted to MAX AI and limited usage records used to enforce service limits.
• Support messages, account-deletion requests, and limited technical information used for security and abuse prevention.

• Create, authenticate, secure, and manage user accounts.
• Verify identity, business, driver, and vehicle eligibility.
• Publish appropriate marketplace listings and match loads with suitable trucks.
• Enable offers, approved contact exchange, navigation, live trip tracking, delivery confirmation, payment status, and reviews.
• Provide subscriptions, support, notifications, service protection, fraud prevention, and platform improvement.
• Generate MAX AI responses to user-submitted questions.

Location access is requested only when a user chooses a location-based feature, such as setting a pickup point, finding nearby loads, navigating, or sharing live trip location. Browser or device controls can stop location access. Stopping permission may prevent those features from working, but it does not automatically delete previously saved trip or listing locations.

Microphone access, when available, is used only after the user starts the voice-input feature. Voice is converted by the device/browser into a text request for MAX AI; MAX LoadX does not intentionally create an audio recording through this feature.

• Relevant profile and contact information may be shared with the other verified marketplace party after an offer, approved contact request, or trip assignment.
• Limited listing information may be visible to platform visitors. Public vehicle numbers are masked and direct contact details remain controlled.
• Service providers may process data for authentication and databases (Firebase/Google), secure document storage (Supabase), hosting (Vercel), AI responses (OpenAI), and map or navigation functions.
• Information may be disclosed when required by law, legal process, safety, fraud prevention, or protection of users and the platform.

MAX LoadX does not sell personal information for advertising.

MAX LoadX uses authenticated access, server-side authorization, restricted database rules, private KYC storage, file validation, and encrypted HTTPS connections where supported by our service providers. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so users should protect their password and report suspected misuse promptly.

The app does not intentionally store full payment-card details. It may retain subscription requests, agreed freight amounts, and payment confirmation status needed for platform operations and records.

Information is retained while an account is active and as reasonably needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, enforce agreements, maintain security, and meet accounting or legal duties. KYC information is kept only for verification and legitimate platform or compliance needs.

A user can initiate deletion from the Account Deletion page. After identity verification, the account and associated personal data will be deleted or anonymized. Limited completed-trip or financial records may be retained when legitimately required for security, fraud prevention, disputes, accounting, or law; retained records will be restricted and personal identifiers minimized where possible.

• Review account and KYC status from Profile & KYC.
• Close or re-publish eligible marketplace listings.
• Stop live trip-location sharing from the trip screen.
• Reset the account password from the login page.
• Request correction, privacy support, or account deletion.

MAX LoadX is a commercial freight platform intended for adults aged 18 or older and authorized business representatives. It is not directed to children.

This policy may be updated when features, service providers, laws, or data practices change. The latest version and revision date will remain available on this page.
