What will be deleted
- Account profile and authentication access.
- KYC document files and verification details.
- Personal data in eligible listings, requests, and usage records.
- Other account-linked data that is not required to be retained.
Limited retention
Completed-trip, payment-status, fraud-prevention, dispute, accounting, or legal records may be retained only when legitimately required. Access will be restricted and personal identifiers minimized where possible, as explained in the Privacy Policy.
Before deletion
Active trips, unresolved safety issues, or required identity checks may need to be completed first. MAX LoadX will not ask for your password, OTP, or card PIN to process a deletion request.
